Crisis Intervention
Southwest Counseling Service case managers may provide crisis intervention and stabilization in situations that require immediate attention or a resolution.

Follow-Up
Case managers and / or clinicians will follow up with individuals to monitor the progress of their treatment plan.

Linkage
Case managers and/or clinicians link individuals with additional services within the agency and throughout the community.

Referrals
Case managers and / or clinicians may suggest additional services and referrals can be made for various services.
