Relapse Prevention is for individuals who have completed treatment but relapsed and need a refresher in preventing relapse. This group is at ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) Level I, has open-enrollment and lasts about 14 weeks.
Criteria
An individual must have an evaluation and be recommended to this group. They must have completed a treatment program, had a period of sobriety and relapsed or returned to use.
