Southwest Counseling Service provides a clinician and/or case manager to be representatives on the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).

A Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) is a group of professionals from diverse disciplines who come together to provide recommendations for placement and local services in juvenile cases. The Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) promotes coordination between community agencies while identifying service gaps or breakdowns in coordination between agencies or individuals.

• Deputy County Attorney 
• Guardian Ad Litem / Child’s Attorney
• Juvenile Probation 
• Parents / Guardians 
• Placement Services (Youth Home) 
• School District Representative 
• Southwest Counseling Service Clinician / Case manager
• Wyoming Department of Family Services
