The Custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of SCS facilities. The purpose is to provide a clean, healthy and safe environment for SCS staff and clients. The Custodian will practice in an ethical manner and will be subject to supervision of his/her activities by an assigned Manager or any member of the management team when appropriate.


Case Manager

The Case Manager provides a coordinated approach for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse, social services, health, and employment services to clients. The Case Manager links the client with specific services to address specific needs and achieve stated treatment plan goals. The Case Manager will also provide crisis intervention advocacy, monitoring and follow-up with clients. The overall purpose is to provide a quality of service delivered with dignity and respect for the client and community. This service is aimed at improving the client’s overall mental health and generating community wellness. The Case Manager will practice in an ethical manner, work with colleagues and clients with respect, and will be subject to supervision of his/her activities. The Program Manager any member of the Management Team will supervise the Case Manager when appropriate


Office Clerk

The Office Clerk is responsible for representing Southwest Counseling Service to the public in a professional and dignified manner and to assist individuals in obtaining services. The purpose is to provide quality support services for the clients and clinical staff of Southwest Counseling Service.


Treatment Support Staff

Treatment Support Staff at Southwest Counseling provide non-clinical ancillary services to adults living in residential treatment for Mental Health or Substance Abuse treatment. This position works with clients to improve their overall mental health and recovery, improve daily living skills, generating increased wellness, quality of life, ability to maintain a clean and sober lifestyle, and obtain the skills and tools to become a responsible and productive member of society. Part-time opportunities available for evening, night and weekend shifts.
